Two-Part Class! Wednesday, 9/30: 6-9pm
Thursday, 10/1: 6-8pm
Improve your woodworking knowledge with one-on-one instruction through the creation of a long grain cutting board. The entire process will be covered from beginning to end, beginning with selecting what types of wood work best and going all the way through to the best finishes to use.
Woodworking skills you’ll learn include milling, gluing/clamping, shaping, and table saw ripping/crosscutting. Each attendee will walk away with the cutting board they built during the class. Pre-requisites: Attendees must be checked out on on the wood shop’s jointer, planer, and table saw.
This class meets twice: Wednesday 9/30 6:00pm – 9:00pm and Thursday, 10/01 6:00pm – 8:00pm.
